UI/UX Design

UI/UX Design
UI/UX Design

Design your users understand at first glance

UI/UX design is the stage where we decide how your website or app will look and, more importantly, how people will use it. At Golden Code we design the full user journey before any code, from the first screen a user sees to a completed order or booking, and test it in an interactive prototype you try on your own phone. The result is a product that is easier to use and cheaper to build, because the hard decisions were made early.

What is the difference between UI and UX?

User experience (UX) answers one question: can customers reach what they want easily? It covers page structure, the number of steps, and how clear buttons and messages are. User interface (UI) is the look: colours, fonts, icons and spacing that reflect your brand and make the product comfortable to use. A beautiful design is not enough on its own; if customers cannot find the order button, they will not buy.

When do you need this service?

  • Before building a new website or app, to approve the look and the journey before paying for development.
  • When people visit your site or app and leave without buying or getting in touch.
  • When users keep complaining or asking about things that should be obvious.
  • When you want to refresh your product to match a new brand without rebuilding it from scratch.
  • When you have your own developers and need a professional design ready to build.

How we work

We start with a session to understand your business, customers and goals, and review your competitors and your current product if you have one. Then we map the pages and the user journey, and draw simple wireframes to agree on content and order before colours. Once approved, we design the final screens in your brand and link them into an interactive Figma prototype you can click through like a real product.

Every screen is designed for mobile and desktop, and Arabic right-to-left layouts are designed with care, not just mirrored from English. We follow clarity and accessibility standards: colour contrast, font sizes and touch targets that fit fingers.

How do you know the design works?

A successful design is not measured by whether you or we like it, but by what users do: do they finish signing up, find the order button without searching, ask customer service fewer repeat questions? So we agree with you upfront on a clear goal for every important screen, measure it after launch with analytics, and suggest improvements based on numbers, not taste.

A design file ready for development

We do not just hand you pictures. You get an organised Figma file with a design system: colours, fonts, buttons, fields and repeated components in all their states, with sizes and spacing. That makes development faster and more accurate, whether our team builds it through our website development and mobile app development services, or your own team does.

From our work

We designed and built the interfaces of the UniGuide education platform, the Salam Surgery Clinic website, which focuses on making consultations easy to book, and the Ezhalha app, which fits ordering and price negotiation into a few steps.

Why choose Golden Code for UI/UX?

  • Designers who sit next to developers: every design we deliver can actually be built, because the development team reviews it before sign-off, so you are never told later that a screen "cannot be built" or will double the cost.
  • Experience with Arabic interfaces: we know the pitfalls of Arabic fonts, text direction, numbers and dates, and design for them from the start.
  • Decisions based on users: when the project allows, we test the prototype with a few potential users and change things before development, not after.
  • Direct contact: you talk to the designer, not a middleman, so your feedback arrives intact and gets done quickly.

How long does it take and what does it cost?

Designing a company website usually takes two to three weeks, and an app or platform 3 to 5 weeks depending on the number of screens. UI/UX design is included in our website and app plans. If you want the design only, for your own team, book a free consultation and we will send you a quote based on the number of screens and platforms.

FAQ

Questions about UI/UX Design

Yes, UI/UX design is part of our website and app plans. It is only ordered separately if another team will build the project.

The number of revision rounds is set in the written proposal, usually two per stage (wireframes, then final design). That is enough for most projects because the big decisions are made at the wireframe stage.

Yes, you get the full, organised Figma file with every screen and the design system, and it is yours once paid.

Yes, and the Arabic right-to-left version is designed with care for fonts, spacing and icons, not just mirrored from English.

Often, yes. We start with a UX review of what most gets in your customers' way, and suggest improvements that can be made on the current site.
